What Parry provides
Parry is subscription software and concierge drafting support that helps online sellers organize chargeback evidence into a review-ready packet. A packet may include a case summary, a rebuttal-letter draft, a chronological timeline, an evidence index, labeled exhibits, and flags for missing or unclear facts.
During this concierge test, Parry is designed first for sellers who process payments through Stripe outside a Shopify-app workflow. The manual-upload packet structure is processor-agnostic.
Price and billing
- Your first month is $10.
- After the first month, the subscription is $29 per month until canceled.
- The subscription includes up to 5 evidence packets per month, dispute deadline alerts, and a saved store/evidence profile.
- There is no success fee and no percentage charge based on a dispute outcome.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. The amount shown at checkout is the amount for that billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; your subscription remains available through the end of the current paid month unless a different date is shown in Stripe’s cancellation flow.
Refunds
We do not refund the current month merely because you cancel, change your mind, decide not to use a packet, or disagree with a bank or card network’s decision. If Parry fails to deliver a review-ready packet draft for an intake that Parry accepted, we will refund that month’s subscription charge.
For clarity, delivery means providing the packet draft for your review. It does not mean submitting evidence to a bank, processor, Stripe, or any other third party; Parry never submits in your name.
Your review and submission responsibilities
- Every packet is an AI-assisted draft. You must review all names, dates, amounts, tracking/access facts, quotations, exhibits, and statements before submitting.
- You are responsible for correcting anything inaccurate or incomplete, deciding what to submit, and submitting before your processor or bank deadline.
- Parry does not access your processor account for this manual-upload test and does not submit evidence for you.
- You must provide only documents you have the right to share for the dispute and must not upload full payment-card numbers or card images.
No outcome guarantee
Parry does not guarantee that a dispute will be reversed, that a bank or card network will decide in your favor, or that any particular timeline will apply after submission. Banks and card networks make the final decision.
Turnaround during the concierge test
The target turnaround during the concierge test is under 24 hours after an accepted intake. This is a target, not a deadline guarantee. Providing complete information and evidence promptly helps Parry prepare the draft; your processor or bank deadline remains your responsibility.

Not advice
Parry prepares evidence drafts for your review. Parry does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and using Parry does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, or advisory relationship.
