Privacy & retention — read before you gather evidence

What we collect: (1) your contact email; (2) the dispute details you type below — reason, processor, deadline, order/transaction details, amount, and your description of what happened; and (3) the files you provide — dispute notice, order confirmation/invoice, tracking/delivery proof or digital delivery/access logs, customer messages, and product/policy pages.

Why: only to draft your evidence packet, map each file to the claim it supports, maintain your saved store/evidence profile, run dispute deadline alerts, and show the draft back to you for review. We do not connect to your Stripe account for this manual-upload test, we do not submit anything for you, and we do not sell or share your files for marketing.

How long we keep it: Parry’s retention policy is to delete raw uploads 30 days after packet delivery and delete the generated packet 90 days after delivery. Contact email and a minimal order record are kept only as long as needed for receipts, refunds, support, and the service you requested. Earlier deletion is available on request.

Hard rule: no evidence is invented or misattributed. Facts come only from what you provide or type. Anything missing or unclear is flagged for you — never filled in by guessing.
