Privacy & retention

What we collect
- Your contact email.
- The dispute details you enter: dispute reason, processor, response deadline, order/transaction details, amount disputed, what you sell, and your description of what happened.
- The files you provide for a packet: the dispute notice, order confirmation/invoice/payment record, tracking or delivery proof or digital delivery/access logs, customer messages, and product/listing/policy pages.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to draft your chargeback evidence packets as a Parry subscriber, map each file to the claim it supports, prepare the rebuttal draft and timeline, show the finished draft back to you for review, provide dispute deadline alerts, and maintain your saved store/evidence profile.
We do not connect to your Stripe or processor account for this manual-upload concierge test, we do not submit anything to a bank or processor for you, and we never submit in your name.
Subscription billing is handled by Stripe under the Parry subscription: $10 for your first month, then $29/mo, cancel anytime. Parry does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your files or contact details, or share them for marketing.
- We do not use your customer documents to train public models. Operational AI processing to draft your packet is the only AI use described here.
- We do not invent or misattribute evidence. If a fact is not in what you provided or typed, it is flagged as missing — never made up.
How long we keep it
Parry’s retention policy is:
- Raw uploads: deleted 30 days after your packet is delivered.
- Generated packet: deleted 90 days after delivery.
- Contact email and a minimal order record — such as case ID, amount paid, and relevant dates — kept only as long as needed for receipts, refunds, support, and the service you requested.
- Earlier deletion: available on request using the Parry support contact provided with your subscription or packet delivery. Requesting deletion does not affect a packet you already downloaded.
Your responsibilities
Provide only documents you have the right to share for the dispute. Redact anything your processor does not need. Full payment-card numbers and card images should never be included in your files; use order and transaction records instead.
Not legal advice
Parry prepares an evidence draft for your own review and submission. It is not legal or financial advice and does not guarantee any dispute outcome.
