Privacy in plain English
We collect only what building your packet requires: your contact email, the dispute details you type in, and the files you upload — dispute notice, order/invoice proof, delivery or access proof, customer messages, and policy/product pages. We use them only to draft your packet, run dispute deadline alerts, maintain your saved store/evidence profile, and show the draft back to you for review.
Parry’s retention policy: raw uploads are deleted 30 days after packet delivery, and the generated packet is deleted 90 days after delivery. Contact email and a minimal order record are kept only as long as needed for receipts, refunds, support, and the service you requested. Earlier deletion is available on request.
We never submit evidence in your name, do not connect to your Stripe account for this manual-upload test, and do not sell your files. No evidence is invented or misattributed: if a fact is not in what you uploaded or typed, it is flagged as missing — not made up.
